General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
Arrivals are scheduled from 17h. Exceptionally it may be earlier if the apartment is ready.
Arriving at the entrance of the residence, turn right to find the elevator. Go up to the 2nd floor, go straight ahead and to the end of the corridor at number 89. You will find a code box in which will be the keys. However do not hesitate to call us, we will be delighted to welcome you and give you the latest information. If not, we’ll come and see you the next night.
Departure
Departures will be made before 10 am. We will agree the night before on the departure methods and the inventory.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
At the time of booking , we will ask you for a 30% deposit on the amount of the week.
At your arrival you will pay us the balance , then we will ask you an amount of €800 for the apartment deposit and €100 for the cleaning deposit by check, cash or transfer. In case of cancellation refer to the conditions in the rental contra
